System for fixing exhaust gas pipes (6), which are arranged in a space (2) sealed against said gases and serving to convey the combustion gases from the outlet openings of the cylinder head (9) to the exhaust gas manifold (5). In view of the high thermal stresses to which are subjected the exhaust pipes (6) which are not cooled in the gas-sealed space (2), the securing system is designed in such a way as not to exercise any reaction forces as a result of deformation due to temperature. Thus, the flanges (8) assembled with the exhaust pipes (6) are fixed at a single peripheral location respectively. This one-point fixing method allows radial and axial expansion, without reaction stresses, of the exhaust pipes (6) subjected to thermal stresses. Each pipe is screwed by means of securing screws (7), in the region of the extremities of the cylinder head (9) and preferably on the latter or on the walls of the elements forming the space which is sealed against the exhaust gases. Securing by means of screws is more reliable and has a space-saving effect.

Claim
1. A device for securing exhaust gas pipelines of an exhaust system of an internal combustion engine comprising an exhaust gas prefabricated pipe located in a sealed space formed by the walls of the engine body parts, and cylinder exhaust pipes, each of which is connected by an outlet section with the edges of the receiving holes in the pipe wall, the a-face surface of the connecting flange is in communication with the exhaust channel of the cylinder head, and the prefabricated pipe guide is attached to the walls of the housing x engine parts using fasteners with the formation of a movable fastening of the nozzles between the pipeline and the walls of the body parts, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability, each nozzle is mounted to the walls of the engine parts at one point on the surface of the connecting flange, the lateral surface of the latter is provided guide to prevent lateral vibrations, and the outlet section of the pipe is installed with a gap relative to the edges of the receiving holes of the collection pipe a.
